      Pros

      These people, the owners, are greedy people only out for themselves. Zero interest in you as a person. Treated everyone like dirt even their own CFO was talked to like a dog. I don’t know how she lasted that long. Stay away if you don’t like abuse.

      Cons

      Abusive environment, the owner yells at people. Greedy and cheap. You aren’t getting a raise here trust me.

      Pros

      They've added new partners to management and they are really trying to make a lot of improvements. They're really working on fixing processes and focusing on growing the company in a smart way. It's a fun group of hard-working people that know a lot about the industry.

      Cons

      Location is a bit far from town but that should improve when they finish building new location in town of Purcellville.

      Pros

      Crisak provides a work life balance. You are not expected to be in the door at 6am and stay until past 7pm everyday like other companies I have worked for in the Metro DC area. The team has a lot of big contractor experience without all of the big company politics.

      Cons

      Has ridden under the radar and is not well known in the area.
