A ways to go

Pros

Great product that is proven to make a difference in public safety. They are making efforts to turn things around, but there is a long way to go.

Cons

Currently not in the position to make a difference in the lives of their employees. Pay is well below market value. Benefits are meh because Execs all have state or military benefits. Senior leadership is detached, lacks business experience, and micromanagement is severe. View of younger employees as "just kids" despite being hardworking professionals is something that needs immediate change. Low skill ceiling means advancement in career outside the company will be difficult

Pros

Sadly the pro is if you work here you’ll see how a terrible company is ran

Cons

Small teams work well, leadership isn’t tech savvy . Most are former police and bring the same good ole boys club (white male club) and if you don’t fit the parameters you’re on the outskirts

Pros

Senior leadership is kind. I felt like they were willing to work with me and train me. I liked the snacks they offered.

Cons

I found staring at a screen and doing repetitive, under-stimulating for 8 hours a day to be so mind-numbing that I've decided to not work in an office again for as long as I can avoid doing so. Very little intellectual or truly creative work opportunities, and interns weren't trusted with much besides grinding on the assembly line - very little sense for how to maximize the talents and skills of the people who worked for them. They also never fully worked out a set of standards for delivering and implementing feedback, so I felt like my good work was thankless, while my work that needed improvement was dealt with passive-aggressively or condescendingly by middle management.
