      Some of the people are nice, but they keep changing things

      This office is the red headed step child, we are down to almost nobody and for as long as I can remember, we have been short, they don't seem to want get enough people. Everyone seems to be wondering about the future of this place and what tomorrow brings, lots of uncertainty

      The ONLY pro is constant overtime so there is always extra money to be made.

      Cons

      Completely lacking in internal communication and professionalism by supervisors and management. Operation is extremely disorganized. Chaotic. 50% annual turnover rate in personnel EVERY year.
