Croissance encourages young blood as it is a budding company. Also has rich, experiences managers to lead the young team with utmost care.

Did not recieve any downhill till now in the company.

Getting paid as long as you are there is the only pro

I haven`t seen such an unprofessional, unethical company/CEO like Croissance, with horrible working conditions in the Clinical research domain. He pays peanuts to employees. AC`s are there but never switched on. Only fans are On till evening and Lights are switched On in evening. You have to leave your footwear outside. No tea/coffee provided. You are on the job from Day 1, No induction or training provided. CEO will abuse you in front of other employees frequently & Openly discusses your salary in front of others. CEO can fire you any day without notice.

People are genuinely nice and always willing to help or point in the right direction. Great work and friendly colleagues. Management listens the employees ideas and help to determine ways to bring the ideas to life.

Cons

Many people are don't know how cool or awesome Croissance is, So there's a gap when trying to explain.
