Pros
I will not go into much depth here, but to keep things straight since the beginning, it is just like any other private company with absolutely defunct HR policies. At times, i feel shocked that how can a company being owned by a TATA group can have such flawed system. There are frequent linkups made between female and male colleagues. Even seniors/Managers, all would participate in such a baseless thing. A female colleague told me that there was a girl who did complain to the HR.Eventually, she was harassed so much that she had to quit the company. The HR is completely defunct here. There is no working hours set. Your manager will expect you to do overtime, which is fine, but there is no policy of pay for stretched working hours. You will find guys working 12-14 hours a day. Even if you work weekend, you will not get compensatory offs. And during the festive season, all policies go in vain, you overwork, you get treated like trash etc. It is really unbelievable that TATA is running this company. Save yourself the pain.
