Pros
-Most staff good to work with and nice people. -Seems like a developer-centric company. -Benefits include insurance. -Flexibility with your work day (OK to go exercise or go to an appointment during work hours if you make up your time).
Cons
-My experiences at this company were major motivators for leaving the tech industry altogether. -Revelstoke is a very expensive place to live and housing is hard to find. -No shares/stock options. -Relatively low salaries for certain roles compared to rest of BC and Canada.
