Best thing about this place are the workers. Most people work hard and like to try to enjoy their lives, much to the chagrin of management and senior leadership. There is room for growth, at the cost of your mental health and sanity. If you work hard and rub management the right way, you MIGHT get forward advancement. Cons
Management, leadership, corporate executives are all out to lunch. I have never participated in a more disorganized and disaffected environment in my life!! Unrealistic expectations of supply, demand, and sales; toxic leadership based on the principles of the 1950s automotive industry; ZERO! ZERO focus on quality standards or processes. The “innovation” the company champions is stifled at every end by incompetent leaders who have no interest in developing a successful enterprise or the people working there. Senior management and execs are there for one big paycheck before they become pensioners, or are off to some other financial vehicle they can exploit for short term gain. My heart goes out to the hundreds of workers that this company has misled and straight up lied to. It’s an extremely predatory and exploitative tactic to hire someone as a temp with the promise to be brought on full time, then work them past that set date with no chance of full-time, or fire them shortly before. Management will happily ask you to sacrifice your Christmas holidays so that you can work overtime (without pay) all in the name of hitting THEIR bonuses. You will receive no remuneration for your efforts, and you will like it.
