Good place to work with bad administratives

- Home Office. - Christmas Bonus. - Medical insurance (Seguros Monterrey) - They offer a good salary for mexicans. - Co-workes are nice people.
Cons
- THEY FIRE PEOPLE EVERYDAY. - You will stay doing the same for a long time. No grow opportunity. - You need to be a close friend of the administratives in order to get good projects, a better salary or a promotion. - Even when salary is good, you will see them posting similar positions with a higher income (1.5x or even 2x) for doing the same work you do. - When you get fired, nobody will thank you for your work if it was good. - Management is bad. They are never in the office, they won't hear you, you will have to do all by yourself. - There are no social activities with co-workers. It is just work, work, work and more work. - The seats and desks are really bad.
