Pros
Only the employees and fellow colleagues are good rest everything is fake. The best part is 5 Days week and 9 to 5 Job.
Cons
The wired and employer friendly policy. No proper leave policy, No Appreciation regarding work is expected, no proper salary date, upper management do what they feel right weather it is ethically correct or not. Its more of tanashahi which they are doing in the name of discipline. In the name of vibe they are creating negativity. No health insurance policy given to employees. They want to create MNC wala culture but lala type place it is. J
