Pros

Great work environment and opportunity to learn and grow and make a real impact. Culture is what really stands out. There is work, but if managed well, it helps keep me challenged and the days go by quickly. I love meeting with clients and seeing the impact of our surveys on their organizations. Very innovative continuous improvement culture.

Cons

Keeping projects on schedule can be a challenge at time due to surveyors/call center running a bit behind.

Pros

I started working as a Project Manager and Analyst at The Crossroads Group about 3 months ago, and my entire experience with this company has been wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and there is a strong team mentality. The company is always making operational and reporting improvements to streamline processes. I'm beyond grateful to be a part of this amazing company!

Cons

There are not many cons, you need to be self-motivated.

Pros

As a surveyor, I am given a specific number of surveys to complete per week. I can choose which days and the amount of hours I want to work as long as I meet those goals. I love it! It is also 100% remote. The project managers are always there to help you out whether you need more work or are having some technical issues. I’ve worked with about four project managers and they have all been wonderful. They’re flexibility, understanding, and quick responses really help things work smoothly. I’ve already recommended friends and family to send their resumes!

Cons

Be prepared to sit at a desk for a couple hours reading the same survey questions multiple times a day. As a surveyor you need to stick to the wording and questions in the survey for your project. So after a while it does get a little tiresome. However, you can speak with the project manager to see if you could be switched to different projects from time to time.
