Great staff, positive culture, encouragement from management. CTP has very dedicated staff that have a passion for helping individuals. Great staff, positive culture, encouragement from management. They are caring and committed to the mission of the organization and to the communities of Colorado. Many have made successful careers in the behavioral health field that started at CTP and we have numerous professionals that are still with us with full careers devoted to helping others combat substance abuse. I was hired as an entry level clerk and have had to opportunity to climb several steps to become upper management
