It used to be a great place to work ... but is no longer.

Cons

The CEO .... she is self-centered and is only interested in her salary. She is a political master manipulator; resulting in the departure of several key leaders in 2016 and 2017 who cared about staff. She does not value diversity of thought.

Most employees are committed to caring for patients in the best way possible. They enjoy what they do.

Cons

Past the years, with the change of CEOs, the culture has changed dramatically. It is not as family oriented or culture oriented as it was. Sr. Management is reactionary. And not approachable.
