Salary not interesting They break their promises (in 2021 and at the payday, they inform the whole employees about a decrease of the performance bonus to 70%, pretending that it’s because of the crisis) Growing in the company is very slow French culture (I do not recommend working with) They don’t want “exceptional performance” => while employees are doing their best, they keep giving them that impression like you did nothing, it’s not essential, we don’t need this … Workspace is not convenient at all ! Open space with a lot of people like 10-12 per box. Very noisy and lack of concentration.
