1. Micromanagement 2. Toxic Work Culture 3. Abusive CEO 4. They will hold your documents after you resign 5. Will threat you if you don't act as they say 6. Will freeze your salaries and won't pay back 7. CEO is a big liar and will give false promises 8. Technology is outdated 9. It's a big drama company with no amusing acts 10. Inhumane treatment to employees 11. No growth 12. Will ruin your social life 13. Founder will ask you to burn midnight oil and won't even care about your health
