First of all, this place is a great place to experience "communism"! They try to control your emotions and actions. If you speak up, you are in trouble. They sometimes will/ will not fire you right away. If you don't get fired right away, they tire you out until you give up and turn in your resignation. Also, if you are starting a company and wants to learn what not to do and how not to treat your employees, this would be a great place to learn those. They really do treat its employees like "scums" as mentioned by the previous reviewer on Glassdoor. The people in leadership are just way too busy to fill their own pockets with more money, and your hard work will NEVER be noticed. You probably can infer this from the previous reviews about few cents raises and no incentives :) However, they do sugar-coat its employees with fake lies about the vision of the company, the benefits that the employees will get and etc. The only thing that I got out from my experience working here is how not to treat the employees if I start my own company and what company I should not work for.

Management did not treat workers with respect. lots of favoritism. I never missed a day or was late and still got let go. Very disorganized place, gossiping, and turnover. If you work here DO NOT TRUST the management they are friendly for about a month. If you were a young female you got help and training. I feel they took advantage of older people who did not use a computer/internet or smartphones.
