Can’t trust anyone or anything that I said to you. Will constantly make promises that sounds nice, but they will never uphold. High turnover because they work you like a dog and treat you like a number. You can get lots of overtime because they give you more than 40 hours worth of work in a week and punish you if you can’t complete it or don’t work overtime to finish. You will be constantly expected to cover your workload and your coworkers when they call out or quit with no relief. Certain staff members are favoriteed while others get targeted. You are punished for being good at your job.

Because the company is small, you need to do a lot of work that is outside of your job title. Had to make lots of phone calls to communities or POA's with little to no direction of what was needed to be said during call.
