Pros
The team is comprised mostly of women, and lot of moms. It was absolutely AMAZING to be part of company with people who actually had families and lives. The heads of the company are very well connected, and that meant most projects were dream projects.
Cons
The design team was very small. It could be overwhelming to not have a typical design department structure. Raises and promotions seemed hard to come by
