      - Ownership opportunities - Hands-on client account handling experience

      Cons

      - Extreme lack of work-life balance (11 hours everyday, 5 days a week + phone calls and texts on weekends/days off) - No leave policy: no allotted casual or sick leaves available. You neither get leaves on Indian public holidays, nor US ones. Even when they grant you a leave, they'll make sure to unnecessarily text or call you and cause panic - Founders lack interpersonal and communication skills to treat employees with even minimal decency and respect - Highly arbitrary bases of judging performance

      You get paid that’s all

      Cons

      11 hour shift plus overtime No work life balance No structure and poor management No holidays and leave policy Basic salary No scope for growth Misleading JD No work ethics Upper management lack basic manners. The guy rude to everyone for no reason Too many WhatsApp groups can’t even invest in professional tools for internal communication. Nothing is automated here they are making everyone fool. It’s a digital marketing agency nothing more than that.
