Extreme micromanaging Parent company = constant layoffs People are unhappy

Management is awful at delegating No one tells you exactly what they mean (even going as far as to tell you that you are doing a good job when in fact they really didn't like that assignment you just did.) Gossip-y & Clique-y Don't expect your ideas to be heard Owner tries to run everything, yet doesn't understand everything Everyone is very fake. Expect them to be nice to your face, but they'll never let you know how to improve or if you did something they didn't like...So they let it fester below the surface, leaving you with a false sense of security.
