Remote work allows for a good work-life balance
Cons
Employees belong to different parts of the world, and communication becomes quite frustrating since time zones are different, and proficiency in English also comes into play.

Pros
As a startup company, having employees working from around the globe is such a convenience. Usually, it can be a huge challenge for most companies. Yet, Cudy has a great way to use countless apps and/or software to track each of its employees' progress.
Cons
On the downside, employees can easily lose motivation because of the lack of standup meetings. Of course, it’s efficient to reduce unnecessary discussions. Yet, meetings can sometimes be great as a form of bonding between employees.
