A good company getting spoiled by managers who are nothing better than Shepherd.
Pros
Every month-end here we have happy hours with games and cake cutting and this is the only positive I can see.

Aware: Just a guess, All the good reviews about this company in recent times on glass-door are fake. So be wise No professionalism in management and managers. This company is not for the candidate who is having experience more than 4 years. Here they treat all employees like freshers and behave with them arrogantly like you are slave to them. Even HSC pass candidate can survive in this company if he/she is good bootlicker and know to play politics and know how to communicate arrogantly. Who can join this company ? 1. Advice to everyone not to join, but 2. If you are fresher and ready to face non-sense challenges other than work, then you can 3. If you are having around 2yrs of experience then you can but join only if you are getting good hike, cause they have their upper salary limit of 7.5 to 8 lacs. You can easily get joining hike around 50% to 70% provided limit of 8 lac. 4. if your ctc is 8 or close to 8 just forgot about salary hike for next infinite number of years 5. And be ready to get fired Who can not join this company ? Rest others
