Pros
Seems to be a good working place but this is just a sham. Used to be a good working place but due to new leaders and management it has lost its charm.
Cons
Late working hours. No employee satiafaction. No appreciation whatsoever. Employees are taken for granted. Worst PIP policy causing frequent exits in the worst possible manner.
