The most toxic founder who's created a company rotten at the core
Pros
- Depending on the decisions of the most senior person on the team (they rarely last over 3 months), you MIGHT get to attend press events and trips - The pay was OK (I doubt it will be any more though since the redundancy of 70% of the company)
Cons
Where to begin. - The company is run on the fear of employees - The founder/CEO makes irrational and non-sensical decisions based on nothing but ego - No one is able to disagree with him, if you do, you're fired. Hence why most seniors usually don't make it past 3 months - Founder consistently makes inappropriate comments and crosses boundaries with the language he uses, treating staff like slaves that should be grateful they're even with the company - The worst part about being with this company is that most of the employees are incredibly talented and hard working, but because the problem lies right at the top of the company, nothing can be done about the issue. All these talented young creatives end up burnt out or resign/are fired because the environment he creates is just so unbearable
