Pros

Truthfully it was a decent restaurant. Good food, good drink selection, good service

Cons

The owners, Mary Dumont and Emily French-Dumont, used staffs pay (including tips that had been turned in to be split between among the house) to pay fines for a late liquor license, and withheld staff’s “pay checks” telling us all that it was a problem with the payroll company, along with other excuses to put us off. Eventually the employees stopped showing up because we hadn’t been paid in weeks, I lost my apartment. We got together with a few attorneys to sue for the money we earned and after months we were sent a check with amounts lesser than what was owed, and we were informed that Mary and Emily filed for bankruptcy so we wouldn’t be getting anything else.

Pros

Beautiful garden, great co workers, great food, tips are good

Cons

Owner/ Chef is completely passive aggressive, huge ego, watches you 24/7, owner didn’t like anyone to have fun or talk while we work. Chefs presence was very uncomfortable to 90% of the staff. She is very unpleasant and not aware of how hard the servers work.
