No pros for this place. Driven by pride and profit.
Cons
Bonuses were set at an impossible level to achieve; brand new behavior analysts were given higher pay than more experienced, senior BCBAs; I was verbally harassed by my clinical manager numerous times and when I brought this up to HR, I was poopooed away.
