      No pros for this place. Driven by pride and profit.

      Cons

      Bonuses were set at an impossible level to achieve; brand new behavior analysts were given higher pay than more experienced, senior BCBAs; I was verbally harassed by my clinical manager numerous times and when I brought this up to HR, I was poopooed away.

      Fully remote Great pharma clients with solid, meaty work

      Cons

      Below market pay Contract model means you deliver all the work and partners take all the visible credit and incentives ($) Leadership that does not match what they say externally to what they do internally. They preach investing in and empowering talent but do not do the same with their own pool of people.
