Light supervision, polite supervisors, work from home, nice clients and decent platform.

Cons

They don't pay. If you are rich and doing this for fun, please volunteer. I worked for two months of promises and didn't get paid a dime,

The calls are interesting. The flexibility to work around my own schedule from home is nice.

Cons

They do not pay their interpreters. They owe many of us thousands of dollars. They do not return calls or e mails. They send cage e mails promising payment “in the coming days”.

Pros

Some of the team lead are nice people, but they have almost no role on how the company functions. Otherwise there is nothing good about the company.

Cons

Most Untrustworthy president and CEOs. Terrible management and accounting. The Accounting department never picks up the calls or answers. They stop the pay to the interpreters while paying all of their office staff and themselves. They owe me 5 paychecks and regardless of how many emails I sent them, they are still not paying. Untrustworthy CEO, and management. To hospitals and medical practices, please do not use their service and if you are using it please stop. You are just enabling them to steal from interpreters.
