Pros

Some of the team lead are nice people, but they have almost no role on how the company functions. Otherwise there is nothing good about the company.

Cons

Most Untrustworthy president and CEOs. Terrible management and accounting. The Accounting department never picks up the calls or answers. They stop the pay to the interpreters while paying all of their office staff and themselves. They owe me 5 paychecks and regardless of how many emails I sent them, they are still not paying. Untrustworthy CEO, and management. To hospitals and medical practices, please do not use their service and if you are using it please stop. You are just enabling them to steal from interpreters.

Absolutely love working with CulturaLink and feel blessed to have such an amazing team, professional environment and great pay. For those who are considering a career of the interpreter of any language this is a perfect place to start and grow.
