"Toxic culture - Systematic bullying in the workplace"

I worked at Cummins & Partners full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There is free Vegemite and Toast There is a Barista onsite in the morning

    Cons

Cummins&Partners has a bullying issue from the top down. Everyone is so terrified of whose head will be on the chopping block next. There is an anxiety inducing culture of blame and finger pointing. Everyone throws everyone under the bus constantly. Partners and Senior Executives are often seen yelling at humiliating subordinates. It was a well known fact that one of the Senior Managers sexually harassed multiple employees for years. Instead of dealing with it and offering the assault victims support they covered it up. Women are terrified when they find out they are pregnant. Cummins&Partners either make them redundant before they go on leave or while they are on mat leave. Overall Cummins&Partners is a toxic work place and there are some serious practices that should be investigated by Fair Works.

I have been working at Cummins & Partners full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The strong will survive. They buy bread from monday to wednesday. The social culture helps lift the daily grinding. Sweeping it under the rug will bite.

    Cons

They need invest in all current employees salaries to feel a real running towards a fire. Talk to your staff, support why they are employed for the positions they hold. Hr, there is no hr, it's so dangerous for the welfare of staff wellbeing. I feel sorry towards the clients who are lied too. Unfortunately fickle organizational processes. Partners couldn't take current titles outside their own business.
