      Pros

      Not much work on the majority of the time so was doing nothing most the time. Not sure this a good thing or not!?

      Cons

      Customers leaving hand over foot. Very quiet. Customers seem to mostly dislike the company. This is the worst company that I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      If you are senior management then there are lots of opportunities to brown nose and get a pat on the back for being a good little girl or boy.

      Cons

      Owned by huge Canadian company that seeks to squeeze as much money out of the subsidiary as possible. This has lead to increased prices for customers and reduced customer satisfaction as the company has lost it's focus. Many customers are dis-satisfied and the company seems unable to deliver on customer service.

      Terrible bullying management, absolutely disgraceful. Avoid everyone, half the reviews online were written by ex employees, I don’t know how this company is still around. Did 6 months in this hellhole
