      downright evil management

      -good coffee -super easy to get hired -cool decor and ambiance

      Cons

      -violates labor laws (makes u work for free when calculating all tips which can take up to 30minutes) -predatory, as they only hire college students who don't have the confidence to stick up for themselves -demeaning and bullying managers -horrible pay -managers steal employee tips -not allowed to talk or you will be violently berated -someone was literally quitting while i was being interviewed

      - management can be extremely curt - little room for mistakes - no talking to other employees allowed whatsoever during shift
