      Pros

      the benefits are good for a smaller company. tries to promote from within most of the time. flexible schedules. free cupcakes are always a bonus

      Cons

      top out pay is not very much. start pay is minimum wage. constant changes….almost don't know who they are as a company. keeping quiet about issues and smiling/nodding is the only way to cope sometimes. feedback is "welcome" yet held against you or dismissed entirely.

      Pros

      There were a lot in the beginning. Direction, leadership, company goals were good.

      Cons

      The owner clearly doesn't care about the employees or the company. Master manipulator. Dangles promises without ever delivering. Does not support a work/life balance, and has been known to fire multiple employees once they are pregnant. Employees that have kept her company running for 10+ years.
