      The company offers a lot of flexibility with work hours, allowing me to balance my personal and professional life effectively. Remote work options are a big plus

      There have been a layoffs, which makes job security a bit of a concern. The constant restructuring can be unsettling

      - Competent team - Good collaborative culture - Strong head of product, showed great leadership - Good money, pay above the average salaries Overall was a good place for me personally

      Cons

      - Made some questionable hiring choices in the past - CEO is kind of absent, doesn't get involved much - Not clear on the business model, not managed to get any paying customers Felt like a dead end after a point.
