      Some high IQ people Laid-back atmosphere, low work stress Various projects to do Numerous experienced personnel Idea sounds good

      Cons

      Also some low EQ people Unstable, high personal financial stress Projects are not openly discussed Few tech-savvy personnel (in a software company...) Yet to see it work

      Pros

      Diverse culture, flexible work hours, All the employees are friendly with each other. Freedom to express and implement the ideas.

      Cons

      It is a startup company. So do not expect to be paid as how you would be paid for the same role in some big company. Work is done but I doubt if the best practices are being followed.

      Professional diverse team. Team leader is passionate about the technical side of the solution and the importance of the solution to customers., easy to work with. Rather a small team which gives room for professional growth. Great benefits package with nice health insurance plan.

      Cons

      Company is still in a startup mode with rather small customer base
