A white coworker routinely uses the N word among her black coworkers, especially in the cafeteria. HR was notified, and the response was that "They probably heard it from the music you [black people] play, so they thought it was okay." There was no investigation and she still works here today. In contrast, a black employee is currently under investigation for calling this woman "white trash." I am writing this review on behalf of others to protect them from termination. The racism situation at Curio is severe and is fully supported and condoned by Human Resources personnel.

Denies bonuses and raises, revokes company discounts, flagrant disregard for safety and wellbeing of workers, poor management, culture of punishment and dehumanization of workers by upper management, financial priority is obviously not on the workers.
