- The design team I worked with were extremely helpful, save for a certain project coordinator.
Cons
- The company systematically preys on non-US workers and intentionally tries to fool them into signing a document which isn't an employment contract, to keep the workers in an at-will employment state while thinking they're under contract. This way, the company maintains absolute power and gives the workers no real contractual rights but rather arbitrary rules to follow which the workers need to abide by and had no prior knowledge of. - Management is uninformed about and detached from the departments they're supposed to oversee, resulting in negative consequences of not meeting unmentioned expectations being dumped onto employees without any accountability from mgmt.
