Pros

- Work with a great team of inspiring people - A purpose driven company (to positively impact lives across the world through healthcare) - A leadership team that invests in you - A culture of challenging work, but also work-life balance - The kind of place where you can really develop yourself if you want to

Cons

- The work can be challenging and stimulating, so best for people who are up for a challenge

Pros

Really amazing company. Everyone is lovely and culture is great. They really make me fell I am part of a family not a business. Very flexible with remote work and time. The company is quite stable with lots of projects on the pipeline and always paid me on time. The team is great and very diversified with people from all over the world.

Cons

A bit understaffed at the moment. Hopefully it can find more good people to hire.

Pros

A solid team split across a number of offices globally, Curve Tomorrow has offered me an opportunity to grow my skills as a developer and as a leader. The leadership team is accessible, and the delivery teams are given a great amount of trust and autonomy. The company (and workmates) are socially conscious, not only driven by profits and shipping code for code's sake. The whole team is allowed a voice on matters of company direction and OKR's, and creativity and costs are well balanced in projects. The company has a strong focus on personal wellbeing and work/life integration and a progressive culture.

Cons

As a growing company, there are times when you will be asked to step up out of your comfort zone to fill the needs at the time. The flexible and flat hierarchy would not be suitable for people who like strict organisation. The fields of work lead to work with NFP or research organisations, which often means fixed-time/scope contract arrangements which might not suite some workstyles. A focus on impact & social causes means that salary and career progression might be slower than other companies.
