the post from may 3rd sums this place up well
Cons
Very high turnover caused by top heavy micro management exacerbated by little training or support. Burnout mentality and work culture. I don't know of any sales support employee lasting a full year before quitting or getting fired.

The product offered to educators to advance literacy is unmatched.
Cons
Toxic/abusive work environment. Very, very, high turnover. Ever changing processes. Poor communication between leadership and staff. Unclear expectations with a demand that they be met. Top heavy management will little room for staff to advance or have their ideas heard.
