Pros
Working at CustomGuide has been a win-win. Every day brings new learning and chances to improve. The company values me, which shows in my growing paycheck. And let's not forget the freedom to work from home, a perk that has made my life much better.
Cons
The only minor challenge is coordinating with team members who are in different time zones. We're spread out across countries, so it can be a bit tricky to get everyone together for a chat. However, this is a small issue in an otherwise fantastic job experience!
