Pros

The company has a great team spirit. Everyone is super helpful and getting knowledge is easy when you take the initiative to ask your questions. The job in sales is demanding but fun (especially when you are successful). The 1000 Eur annual training budget and flexible work hours are nice benefits, I recommend working here. I left because my partner is relocating.

Cons

Startup craziness as usual. You need to take initiative to understand process, product and people.

Pros

Good start at the beginning and the team was great. Fruits and snacks. Not bad backend code in general. Education budget.

Cons

The atmosphere in the company. Not clear goals and aims overall. C-level some times looked a bit lost on what they are doing. C-level is not participating in decisions and rejecting a lot of good ideas, not interested in improvements overall. A chain of some wrong and weird decisions was made for quite a long period in the past so this made a situation much worse and as a result, a lot of good people left. Some decisions related to the team were silently accepted without asking the opinion of the teammates. Overall the team spirit has dropped down very significantly. To summarise: - No clear growth strategy and no one listens to your ideas. - No opportunity to choose the hardware you like - HR team not really helpful - Technical improvements became very small (e.g. upgrade backend version, upgrade lib version, etc.) and nothing really interesting in terms of architecture and new technologies - Not the place where you can grow or promote your ideas. Your experience does not matter.
