      Free Food Mon-Fri hours Good stepping stone to find a better company. Pretty building.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Pay is low. Health benefits are unaffordable unless it's your only bill, 1,000+ per month for a family. Pay is low. Some hourly departments have salary benifits while others do not=unfair. Being a stepping stone, phoenixnap did not pay for good experience techs. No incentive. Moral is low, company lets good employees go, and have established resources in Serbia. Owner, Ron Cadwell has a multimillion dollar mansion by camelback, so at least you will be able to contribute to his Halloween bashes and Christmas parties...that do not include employees.

      You see porn and eat free food.

      Cons

      From Management to the Owners no one cares about you. Simply put, you’re a gear that can be replaced at anytime. You’re employment is to help line Ron’s pockets. If you show any intelligence or ask any questions you will be terminated without review or proper explanation. Frank, Ron, and team are heartless individuals who just want to get paid.

      Worked for two weeks, never got paid.

      Very enthusiastic employer who is very friendly and charming.

      Cons

      Was promised pay for hours worked and as yet, never have been paid for any of it. I couldn't continue to afford to work for free, so I have taken a better job working for Network Solutions.
