The constant turnover makes employees unsure on who handles what - Rumors go around on if you will actually be getting paid on payday - This company tries to pay you less than what is on your employment contract - It seems like they are ripping off customers (at least while i was there)

Such a great set up only to be ruined by the incompetence of the CEO. Thanks to his poor leadership skills, the company is on a massive downtrend. I worked remote, but I was told of the toxicity in the actual office so I never had to deal with it directly. The job itself was simple and easy. Also, their tendency of doing things behind your back is crazy. They cut my pay without notifying me, they didn’t notify me when I was let go. The reason? “Did not hit sales quota” Let’s be honest, nobody in sales is hitting their quota. At least be truthful behind the reason why I was let go. The company is going downhill and you can’t afford more employees.
