      Pros

      I have been working for CDT for only a few months and do not regret my choice one bit. CDT is a welcoming, friendly environment of professionals united in the singular goal of building a great company. Additionally, the company provides its employees the best possible environment for success through support and teamwork. The corporate officers are very approachable and genuinely value the work each employee does for CDT. At CDT, I feel as though I am a valuable member of the team. In addition to the above, CDT prioritizes the work/life balance of its employees. I have yet to hear about any of my coworkers having issues relating to this.

      Cons

      Currently, I have no huge issues with the company. CDT is constantly growing and any issue I have ran into stems from this. I will say that management is swift to remedy any and all issues.
