Seriously, These people sucked the life out of me! Micromanagement at its peak! People trying to undermine others to project themselves in good light! In the name of leadership, continuous disruption to working peacefully every 30 mins by top management. One of the managers in 1:1 even made me cry when I was troubled with my health and made a minor mistake. Have never seen such team mates with so many two sides! I am now in one of the best tech companies in the work and am up for promo . To this company, I would see they should be humble and try to understand their employee instead of judging them , be nice and not mean!
