      You'll end your career by your own hands đŸ˜œ not needed other' person for this.

      Cons

      Managers are untrained, unskilled or threatening for everything, openly intimidating if you tried to correct them or ask something about wrong đŸ˜•, HR manager not listening your voice, in total certified LaLa company đŸ˜¡, only unskilled or dump people enjoy their to work, energetic minds never ever stayed there.

      Pros

      The people and colleagues were great — friendly and supportive. Positive interactions with team members helped create a good work environment. Opportunities to learn from peers in the employee group.

      Cons

      The manager’s approach was less supportive — felt more like scolding than guidance. Clear difference in treatment between managers and employees; it seemed harder to advance or strive as an employee. Managerial style created a somewhat hierarchical and tense atmosphere, making employees feel less encouraged.
