Pros

There are no Pros. They build it up to be a company all about culture, and community, but they do not take care of their employees. This company will bleed you dry and then lay you off.

Cons

They do not regularly give out pay increases. It is very much an environment of rampant cronyism. In other words, you have to know someone higher up in order to move up. Also, there is little, to no diversity in upper management. They work you to the bone with promises that everything is going well. All while acquiring new businesses, during hiring, and budget freezes, and not properly compensating their employees. They are known to flash switch departments, and set their employees up to fail.

there is no pros, trust me

Everything is wrong with this place, don't even think about it. Save yourself. I've never been treated worse for mistakes higher ups made. it's a white mens club.

Pros

Because of all the hardship, I got really close with my immediate team. My bosses however didnt seem to care much about me/my team/our workload It was like being hazed.

Cons

Hilarious that they're trying to drown out the real reviews with "good ones" This place was bad news from the beginning. The pay is never enough, the experience was insane. I was flexible and understanding, as were most of the employees throughout the pandemic and only got treated like a second class citizen. I was talked down too, made fun of, and made to feel stupid. I've never felt more disrespected by a company. The higher ups only hire friends and its not working out for them. It's a dysfunctional company with too many egos hoping to change it without any clear direction. This company doesn't have much of a future ahead of them if they continue to function like this. All past employees have a mutual bond over being treated terribly. The experience is not worth it. The leadership team is like a frat and everyone else is excluded and not cared about. DO NOT let them fool you! Honestly, stay away.
