- mission driven org - CEO is kind and doing her best with limited resources - workload is light
Cons
- unprofessional, clique driven culture - poor boundaries; management is often invasive and inappropriate - HR is ineffective and not a safe place to raise concerns - confidentiality is not respected; gossip is heavily prevalent - limited career growth and unclear progression, despite yearly “goal planning” - feedback from staff is not incorporated, though consistently asked for
