      Great technology, exposure to C level customers. Good stock options. Friendly and close knit.

      Senior Management is tone deaf and unwilling to change or accept bad decisions.

      Pros

      It is a nice company to work with. Culture is good they are trying to improve the culture. You may get the independency to work on things . Flat organic structure. As an associate the employees have the potential to grow. You can learn lot of stuffs about modelling and cyber security.

      Cons

      As cyber insurance is in very early stage. You need to work hard and reach out to the people to get the domain expertise.
