Toxic culture Unprofessional attitude [Not Recommended]

When joining the company one can negotiate a good deal. Other than that there is nothing good about this company. There is stock options but its a sham.
Cons
- Double standard on every instance. - No one knows how to run a company or form a one. There is no professionalism in top hierarchy. - There stock options are just a sham. One should not think that it is a good benefit. That's in place with a lock in period to keep the employee without expecting any benefits. - Zero transparency. There is no proper policy in place to run the company. - It's more of a Service based company rather than a product company. - HR is just another arrogant, unfriendly team. They fire at their will even without any communication or reason so far. - If the top management doesn't like you or if you talk about benefits then they will find a way to fire you. - Don't let yourself getting cheated. Evey thing about this company is a lie. - Finally, pathetic work life balance. You will be asked to work at random hours. - Don't fall prey for their "sweet" deals. If you are planning to work there my advice is get ready to be mistreated (professionally) and no benefits. Thoroughly go through the deals they got to offer.
