      Pros

      Used to be a lot, but now heavily questioning the future of this company...

      Cons

      - The CEO was let go along with other leaders and a bunch of colleagues - it feels like some of the most impactful and inspiring people were the ones let go, which makes no sense to me? - The intermittent CEO, Karl, is a nightmare. He was let go in 2024 (for good reason) and is now back to help "run the company" - please someone tell me how this makes sense and why we are subjected to this clown again. - The company is doing horribly and based on the layoffs, this place will be run into the ground soon. Really sad because I loved it previously, but now will be looking elsewhere asap.

      Great Company with Massive Potential

      Pros

      This young startup is small, but full of awesome and clever team members. A very smart group of people, who work together tightly as a team and are really passionate about what they do. This is the CEO/Founder's fourth company and he has been incredibly successful. He doesn't micromanage and everyone works well together.

      Cons

      It's a young startup, so you have to be willing to wear multiple hats. Also, most people work remotely, so you have to be comfortable working out of an office. Being self-motivated and comfortable with a very unstructured environment is a must. Everyone is running hard and so sometimes communications are not as frequent as they probably need to be.

      Thank you. You are right. We have lots of opportunity and demand and therefore this environment is fast paced and the successful people wear many hats. But in the end it is worth it to have folks like you on board.

      Collaborative and fun environment with observable progress. We see that our product is going somewhere and will be used by people. Everyone has right approach and work well together.

      Cons

      None. We have lots of work, and lots of ideas.
